3-4 medium tomatoes
1 cup cooked rice (mine was garlic and salt)
1 handful of cooked corn
1 can of drained tuna
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Celery salt (to season the inside of the tomatoes)
Olives to decorate
2 avocados

Instructions:
Step 1
Mix the cooked rice with the corn and the drained tuna. Season with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Hollow out the tomatoes and reserve the meat that we remove from it.
Step 3
Season the inside with celery salt and fill with the rice mixture.
Step 4
Peel the avocados and cut them into thin slices.
Step 5
Arrange the avocados at the base of the plates and the stuffed tomatoes on top of it.
