Instructions:
Step 1
Place the sausages on the grill over high heat (you know that it is the right temperature by placing your hand 30 cm from the grill, the heat is held in the hand, up to 5 seconds). Roast until golden brown on both sides, approx. 10 minutes. When they see that they are ready, place the marquettes divided into four teeth.
