Instructions:
Step 1
Put the water and yeast in the glass, and program 1 minute, speed 3 at 37°C. Add the rest of the ingredients and program 5 minutes at herringbone speed.

After the time has elapsed, we degassed the dough, weighed it, and divided it into balls of approximately 75 g.

To shape them, we make bars, cross the ends and insert one of the tips through the upper hole and the other through the lower one.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180°C, and while boiling with the baking soda, each of the brezels, on both sides, for 15 seconds. We let them dry slightly on a cloth.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix the salt, paprika and onion powder. Brush with beaten egg when the pretzel dries and sprinkle the mixture. We leave them on a baking sheet.
