200 ml Water 100 ml Blond Beer 25 grs Sugar 100 grs sourdough 2 Teaspoons Dry Baker's Yeast 250 grs Strength Flour (0/W more than 250/> 12% Proteins) 250 grs Medium Strength Flour (00/W 180 a 250/12% Proteins) 2 Teaspoons Fine Salt 40 ml Oil, I used EVOO

Step 1
