Instructions:
Step 1
Grease the Bucket and place the Shovels and Add the Water, Beer, Sugar, Sourdough and Yeast. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Step 2
On top of the liquid ingredients, place the Flours, Salt and Oil. - NOTE: Salt should never be in contact with Yeast or Sourdough -. We program Menu 2 Spongy, weighing 1000 g and High Toast. We press the ON key.
Step 3
When the Bread Maker is kneading for the first time, we make sure that the dough has its optimal moisture point, which I check with a wooden spatula, in such a way that the dough gets stuck on the spatula but does not stick to the bucket, otherwise we add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of Water or Flour.
Step 4
When the second kneading begins, we will check that the dough is still compact and elastic. And when the third, short and last kneading is finished, remove the blades and place the dough evenly in the bowl.
Step 5
Once the program was finished, we took out the bucket and left the Bread tempering inside. Finally, unmold and let it cool completely on a rack.
Step 6
AND... Ready!!! We already have a juicy and very rich bread for every day, made at home without preservatives or colorants.
