Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 450 g of flower sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 450 g of shredded coconut
  • 20 gr. of cornstarch

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
  • Step 2
  • Start adding the flower sugar and vanilla essence.
  • Step 3
  • Add the shredded coconut together with the cornstarch little by little until you get a paste.
  • Step 4
  • With the help of a spoon, scoop out dough and place it on a buttered tin. Shape into a cone with wet hands.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in the oven at 180º for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Let it cool and serve.
