I don't want something sweet as a snack to drink with coffee in families, I came to tell you how to prepare some delicious almond cookies with egg white.

Ingredients

1 egg L 170 g ground almonds 130 g icing sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon Laminated almond for decoration Pinch salt.

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl we will separate the white from the yolk and reserve the yolk.

Step 2

We will beat the egg white together with a pinch of salt, with the help of an electric whisk, when it is half whipped, we will gradually add the icing sugar without stopping whipping.

We will gradually add the ground almond, stir with the help of a spatula and add the cinnamon and continue to integrate all the ingredients until we have a compact dough.

Step 4

Set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes, covering the bowl with plastic wrap.

Line the oven tray with paper with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
