230 ml milk (whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed) 6 digestive biscuits About royal curd 10 g butter 3 tablespoons Dulce de Leche (I used the Havanna brand) 2 tablespoons water.

Step 1

Prepare a mold of about 14 cm with parchment paper on the base.

Microwave the butter until it melts.

Step 3

Crush the cookies and add the butter and 30 ml of milk. Mix until you have a biscuit paste.

Put the cookie dough on the base and flatten with the bottom of a glass. It has to be well pressed so that the cake does not fall apart later.

Put it in the fridge and we start preparing our filling.

Bring 150 ml of milk to a boil over high heat. Add a spoonful of Dulce de Leche and mix well and quickly. Lower the heat when the milk turns golden.

In a glass, add 50 ml of milk and put it in the microwave until it starts to boil. Add the packet of curd and mix well, until there are no lumps.
