  • 1/2 tsp. of vanilla essence.
  • 180 gr. of powdered sugar.
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr. of butter.
  • 1 tsp. of lemon zest.
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt.
  • 250 gr. of sweet quinces.
  • 250 gr. of sweet potato.
  • Whipped egg c/n.

    Step 1
  • Process the flour, powder, sugar, butter, zest and salt.
  • Step 2
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Step 3
  • Continue processing until a dough forms.

  • Chill for 1 hour covered in film.

  • Soften the sweet potato and quince candy in the microwave.

  • Roll out half of the dough and line a cake pan.
