The day before we must prepare all the preparations so that everything is cold when it comes to assembling the dessert. The syrup is prepared in 5 minutes. We only have to put 100 g sugar and 50 ml water in a saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes and remove from heat. We can flavor it with a splash of liquor. I put brandy in it.
