Recipe of Drink with vodka
Vodka is a versatile spirit that shines in simple cocktails, and this drink with vodka and peach is the perfect proof. Ideal for a stress-relieving night or for sharing at a casual gathering, this recipe yields about 4 small glasses and is ready in minutes with a blender or mixer. Its origins trace back to the tradition of fresh fruit cocktails, where the sweetness of peach is balanced by the citrusy touch of lemon and the smoothness of vodka.
Why does this recipe work?
The combination of natural peach, lemon juice (or peach powder as an alternative), and grenadine creates a fruity base that masks the alcohol without hiding its character. The crushed ice, which you can get by hitting cubes with the handle of a large knife wrapped in a kitchen towel, gives it a very refreshing slushy texture.
Variations and tips
- If you don't have grenadine, add an extra 50 gr of sugar to sweeten.
- Vodka can be substituted with another white spirit, but the result will be different.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the ice texture.

We put the peach, the sugar, the lemon or a little sachet of peach juice, the vodka, the grenadine (optional), the ground ice. What I did was put the ice in a blender or mixer and hit them with the handle of a big knife:) and we put it in a blender or mixer and ready to serve!
