Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 orange peels
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tbsp coffee powder
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of fiery water, pisco, whiskey or rum

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a pot, over medium heat, place the milk, cinnamon, orange, cloves and nutmeg until it boils, add the coffee and condensed milk, let it boil for 5 minutes, turn off the kitchen and add the vanilla essence. Stir and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Step 2
  • When the steam stops coming out, add the cup of alcohol and stir, strain the milk before transferring it to a bottle and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Step 3
  • If you are going to prepare a monkey cola that children can drink, eliminate alcohol from the recipe; if you are going to prepare a low-alcohol monkey cola, limit it to 1/2 cap, from the alcohol bottle, which you will use per liter of milk.
