First we are going to remove a cap from the pineapple and cut it out leaving some of the pulp. We are going to use it as a container to prepare the drink and drink from there.

What we take out of the pulp we put in the blender with cold water and liquefy a little.

Add the vermouth, the cider, liquefy a little more and add some ice stone. We try and if you want sweeter we add some sugar to taste. Blend another little. Tip: Cider can be made from apples too

We serve it in the pineapple with more ice and with a sorbet. What is left in the blender jar we reserve in the fridge to serve more. When the drink is finished, we store the pineapple in the fridge and it lasts a couple of more days or else in the freezer and you can continue to make a drink in it.
