Join me and let's see how to make Homemade Norwegian salmon burgers
Instructions:
Step 1
Remove the skin from the salmon.
Step 2
We chop and check well that they do not have any thorns.
Step 3
Using a grinder, we grind the pieces of salmon (like minced meat).
Step 4
It will be necessary to check and move the pieces of salmon a little from time to time so that they are all minced.
Step 5
Don't chop too much because salmon is a very fatty fish and in excess everything will be a pâté and not minced salmon meat.
Step 6
Pour the shredded salmon meat into a bowl and add very finely chopped 1/2 onion, the beaten egg, a little flour (to add consistency to the dough), a little dill and season.
Step 7
We shape the resulting dough into hamburgers and, with the help of sandwich wrapping film, we wrap each of the hamburgers so that they do not stick and prepare them to be frozen. This way they won't fall apart when it comes to cooking them.
Step 8
Cook the hamburgers on the grill or on a grill.
Step 9
For the sauce, empty the Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Step 10
Insert the mixer to the bottom and beat the yogurt at maximum speed for a few seconds without moving it from the bottom.
Step 11
Add a drizzle of sunflower oil while you continue to whisk. Like mayonnaise, the mixture will gradually emulsify until it reaches the desired creaminess.
Step 12
Once you have reached the yogurt emulsion, add salt, pepper, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard and whisk for a few more seconds.
Step 13
Finally, add some chopped parsley (or mint if you want an even fresher touch) to taste and mix it with the yogurt.
Step 14
This sauce, in combination with salmon burgers, will be an explosive and fresh mix on the palate!!
Step 15
Assemble the hamburgers on hamburger rolls with a little lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese or any ingredient you like.
