  • 4 crushed garlic cloves.

  • ½ cup of garlic cream.
  • 3 tbsp of Tahini cream.
  • 3 sliced tomatoes.
  • 2 cups of curly lettuce
  • 1 onion in feathers.
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley.
  • 4 units of Arabian bread.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, add the lemon juice, cumin, olive oil, cloves of garlic and salt to taste.
