We started by making the sauce. Chop the peppers and celery. Put olive oil in a saucepan and add the peppers and celery, sauté for a few minutes, then add the tomato and salt to taste. Let it cook over low heat for about 30 minutes approximately, so that the sauce is more natural.

While we boiled water with a little bit of coarsely salted salt in a large pot. Cook the pasta with boiling water, until it rises to the surface for about 3-4 minutes.
