Knead the ground almonds together with the sugar, the beaten egg and the chopped lemon peel until you get a homogeneous mass.

Divide the dough into twenty portions and give them a rounded shape.

Moisten your hands lightly with water, flatten each dough ball, place a teaspoon of angel hair in the center and close the dough so that the filling stays inside, giving them a round shape again.
