  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 90 g coconut sugar
  • 2 large red apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 120 ml natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple cut into slices
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g icing sugar.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a medium-sized round cake pan with baking paper. Place the apple cut into cubes in a bowl and spray it with the juice of 1/2 lemon, this will prevent it from oxidizing. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon. Mix the eggs, the essence, the yogurt and the oil in another bowl.
