  • 2 small cans of crushed tomato
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 sprig of white celery
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coal salt to taste

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • We started by making the sauce. Chop the peppers and celery. Put olive oil in a saucepan and add the peppers and celery, sauté for a few minutes, then add the tomato and salt to taste. Let it cook over low heat for about 30 minutes approximately, so that the sauce is more natural.
