First we must cut the bread and add the milk so that it soaks well, also add the vanilla essence and a little bit of ground cinnamon.

When we see that the bread has absorbed the milk, add the sugar, the eggs and mix until everything is combined.

Then I passed this mixture through a blender so that the pieces of bread would not be felt (because my mom doesn't like them, but it's to everyone's liking)

For the caramel (which I didn't think would work out well for me) I just added the sugar in a pan over low heat and stirred from time to time with a wooden spoon.
Step 5
Now all that remains is to add the caramel to the dish where it will be cooked trying to do it quickly because it cools down later.
Step 6
Then add the bread mixture and bake at 180° for about an hour (cooking can be in a double boiler or direct, I did it in a double boiler).
