Recipe of Lemon yogurt cake.

Ingredients

• 1 lemon yogurt
• 3 eggs
• 1 measure (cup of yogurt) a glass of oil
• 2 cups of sugar
• 3 glasses of flour
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 sachet of yeast
• Flour for the mold.

Directions

   Preheat the oven to 180

   Mix all the ingredients except the yeast and beat until everything is integrated

   Then, when everything is mixed there and it is well integrated, we add the yeast and mix it again and put it back in the oven.

   After 25 minutes with a knife or toothpick, we prick the cake if it comes out clean, turn off everything, leave it inside for 2 minutes and take it out, let it cool and let it cool and eat.
