Gather the ingredients.

In a bowl, put the flour and form a volcano. Place the yeast, oil, salt and 1/2 cup of warm water. Mix everything gently with your hands or a paddle. Once they are integrated, place the mixture on the counter and knead for at least 10 minutes. (until the dough starts to ring... grandmother's secret)
Step 3
Make dough rolls of dough ideally of equal size and crush with your fingers. Then let it rise for 1 hour covered.
Step 4
Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
