  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 cup of rice wine
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of glutinous rice (glutinous rice is a type of rice widely used in Asia, also known as glutinous rice or Japanese glutinous rice)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
