100 gr. toasted almonds 120 gr. lard at room temperature 250 gr. flour 150 gr. icing sugar 1 tsp cinnamon powder sesame seeds.

Instructions

Step 1

Toast the flour in a pan (without oil), crushing any lumps, until it has a light toasted color. Sift it.

Step 2

Crush the almonds, without leaving them too thin, better if you find pieces.

Step 3

Mix the toasted flour, almonds, cinnamon..., icing sugar and lard. Knead with your hands and make a ball, crush it with the rolling pin, between two baking papers...
