125 g butter
450 g flour zest of a lemon
100 g sugar one egg
A pinch of salt
125 ml oil for decoration:
150 g dark chocolate
2 spoons of crushed peanuts
3 spoons apricot jam.

Instructions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add the butter, sugar, oil, a pinch of salt, the zest of a lemon, the egg and mix everything well then add the flour little by little until we get a soft dough.
