Time: 5 minutes. See if there is dough on the walls and see if you put them inside the jar with the help of a spatula. And knead it for another 1 or 2 minutes.

Roll the dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

After resting, roll out the dough to approximately 1 cm thick. With the help of a glass or a pastry cutter, form the ice cream. I chose Star and Little Hearts.

We place it on a baking sheet. Make sure that there is a certain separation because when they have egg yolks, they grow.

Preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
