Recipe of Appetizer or snack: fried potato skin with Tex-Mex

Instructions:
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and peel them with a peeler so that the skin is very thin.
Step 2
Fry the potato skins in small batches and in very hot olive oil. Take them out and put them on kitchen paper so that the oil can drain.
Step 3
Put the fried skins in a bowl, sprinkle them with Tex-Mex spices and salt to taste. Stir well without breaking them. They are super crunchy. It's a great snack to snack on with a cold beer.
