Prepare all the ingredients. I bought both the puff pastry and the angel's hair in Mercadona and it comes out very good.

We will start by spreading the first sheet of puff pastry and puncturing so that it does not swell.

Then fill in with angel hair. Keep the same amount on the entire surface.

Cover with the other sheet of puff pastry. Paint with the egg and mark lightly with a pizza cutter but without breaking the dough.

With the oven preheated to 200 degrees up and down, bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 190 -200 degrees until it gets a golden hue. 5 minutes before the end of baking, open the oven and put a little sugar on top.

Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Finish by sprinkling some cinnamon powder and you're ready to enjoy.
