Instructions:
Step 1
Cut the slices of bread, a finger thick more or less if the bread is a day or two thick, better.
Step 2
Mix the egg, milk and sugar.
Step 3
Prepare the pan on the fire with a little butter, just to fry our slices there doesn't need to be much just so that they don't stick together and are golden in color.
Step 4
Soak the slices on both sides in the mixture, but without breaking them.

Place the slices in the pan, over medium heat, on each side until golden brown on both sides.
