1 lt strawberry pulp (you can use another fruit to your liking)
Juice from 1 large lemon
1 cup (200 cc) sugar
2 boxes of whipping cream (heavy cream 250 g each)
1 jar of condensed milk (395 g jar).

Instructions:
Step 1
We put the pulp in a pot, if you don't want to buy frozen pulp, you can make it yourself by grinding the fruit in a processor, but it should yield 1 liter for the amount of ingredients in this recipe... if you want to make a fruit that isn't cooked, then you just have to grind it (e.g. banana, custard).
Step 2
We add sugar.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, once ready, take it out and let it cool.
Step 5
Whisk the boxes of heavy cream (for whipping).
Step 6
Add the condensed milk.
Step 7
Add our pulp and mix with the mixer until we have little bubbles left...
Step 8
We leave 5 hours in the freezer for at least 5 hours to serve...
