Ingredients

  • 16 tartlets
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 16 cooked prawns
  • Chives
  • 3 tablespoons cocktail sauce.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Put a teaspoon of cocktail sauce on each tartlet. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and place two of them on the sauce of each tartlet.
  • Step 2
  • Peel the prawns. Put one in each tartlet cut in half or whole (as you prefer), between the pineapple cubes.
  • Step 3
  • Decorate the tartlets with chives and chill them in the fridge until ready to serve.
