Ingredients

  • 2 cups (165 g.) of oat flakes
  • 1 cup (125 g.) of assorted unroasted nuts and seeds
  • 3/4 tsp. of sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup (55 g.) dehydrated fruits
  • 1/4 cup (20 g) of coconut flakes

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Step 2
  • In a not too deep baking sheet, place the oatmeal, the nuts (split if they are very large or preferably) and seeds, salt, cinnamon and stir. Add the honey, oil and vanilla and mix to impregnate the dry ingredients.
  • Step 3
  • Take it to the oven and every 15 minutes take it out and move the granola with a wooden paddle to ensure an even baking and no clumps. Add the coconut after the first 15 minutes so that it doesn't toast too much. You can leave the granola in the oven for a little longer than 30 minutes depending on how toasted you want it.
  • Step 4
  • Remove from the oven and add the dehydrated fruits and mix.
  • Step 5
  • Let it cool and then store it in airtight containers and keep it at room temperature. Serve and enjoy.
