While we are making the dough, we preheat the oven. At 180° and we grease the mold where we are going to bake it, mine measures 22 centimeters and is made of silicone.

In a bowl, put the yogurt, the eggs, with the glass clean, we measure the rest of the ingredients. 1 oil, 2 sugar and 3 flour. Vanilla spoonful.

Mix everything together until you get a homogeneous mass. Add 1/2 banana and beat again.

Pour the dough into the mold, and spread the blueberries and banana slices.

Bake for 45 or 50 minutes, heat up and down. We click to check that it is done, let it cool on a rack and when it is cold we sprinkle with icing sugar, or molten chocolate.
