  • 1 sachet of Gourmet Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Gourmet Whole Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of Gourmet Sea Salt
  • 1 ½ cups of polenta
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, more for sprinkling
  • FILLER
  • 350 g of minced meat in cubes (black or pink sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon of Gourmet Meat Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of Gourmet Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Gourmet Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of Gourmet Coloured Chili Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of Gourmet Ground Cumin
  • 2 teaspoon of Gourmet Whole Oregano
  • 1 large tomato or two small tomatoes, diced

  • For the filling, mix the meat with the meat seasoning.

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and cook until it is soft and translucent.

  • Add the meat and tomato cubes, cook until the meat is cooked and the tomatoes are soft.
