  • 500g of gnocchi
  • 2 cups of fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup of pine nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
