  • 4 pita bread rounds, toasted and torn into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground sumac
