In a romantic and surprise snack for my husband, I'm going to teach you how to prepare some special and divine Creps that are quick and simple.

Specials with sliced French fries and pink sauce.

Ingredients

250 g egg white 60 g milk (or vegetable drink) 45 g oatmeal 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 teaspoon pan.

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk the egg whites with the milk or vegetable drink and with the teaspoon of vanilla essence. Then add the pan and flour and beat until all the ingredients are well integrated.

Step 2

Heat a pan over medium heat and oil it a little so that they don't stick to us. Add a little mix to cover the bottom of the pan.

Step 3

Cook for a few seconds on one side and turn around. As they are finite, they are cooked right away. Ready!! Once we have finished with the mix we just have to spread it with our favorite toppings and let's eat!!
