We make a cut at the base and roll it up

We take the dough that we have cut from the ends and make a ball and stretch it and try to leave it in a square shape (more or less) and do the same as with the large dough

Put a vegetable leaf on a baking sheet and put the croissants, leaving space between them

Beat an egg in a bowl and, with the help of a brush, paint them on top.
