  • I used this puff pastry from Mercadona

  • Preheat the oven to 220°
  • Step 3
  • We unroll the dough and cut the ends so that it is as square as possible

  • Cut the dough into triangles
  • Step 5
  • We can put topping or not. I have put white chocolate, chocolate cream and others with nothing
  • Step 6
  • We make a cut at the base and roll it up
  • Step 7
  • We take the dough that we have cut from the ends and make a ball and stretch it and try to leave it in a square shape (more or less) and do the same as with the large dough
  • Step 8
  • Put a vegetable leaf on a baking sheet and put the croissants, leaving space between them
  • Step 9
  • Beat an egg in a bowl and, with the help of a brush, paint them on top.
  • Step 10
  • We set up the oven and we are controlling them, when they are golden brown we remove them and put them on a rack so that they release the moisture
