Ingredients
2 sheets of frozen puff pastry, thawed
200g ground pork
100g ground chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:
Step 1
In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the ground pork and chicken, and cook until they are no longer pink.
Step 3
Season the meat with five-spice powder, black pepper, sugar, and fish sauce. Mix well and let it cool.
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares or rectangles.
Step 6
Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each pastry square.
Step 7
Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle shape. Seal the edges with a fork.

Brush the tops of the pastries with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.

Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
