Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour s/powders
  • 1 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder (or baking powder)
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil (vegetable, wonder)
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup of hot water (approx.)

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, place the flour together with the salt and baking powder (or baking powder). Mix very well.
  • Step 2
  • Add the oil, and little by little, add the water. Mix with your hands. Start kneading for 5 minutes. There should be a compact bun that does not stick to the hands and comes off the walls of the bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Flour the surface of the table and work the dough for another 5 minutes. A smooth bun will remain, without cracks.

  • Shape into rolls of the desired size. Crush them with your hands and prick them with a fork.

  • As they are ready, cover them with a cloth so that they don't get cold.

  • Fill them with whatever you like best, or try them, just like that, they are very good.
