Temper the butter until you get a texture similar to the ointment; add the coffee and sugar, beat for a few seconds until you get a brown cream with a great aroma, add the eggs and vanilla to the previous mixture, continue beating, finally, add the flour and baking powder until you get a thick cream.

Fill in 3/4 parts of the cupcake capsules and bake at 170°C for 16 minutes. Once cold, serve on a dessert plate, if you want, you can accompany them with a coffee or chocolate sauce.
