Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cassava flour
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
4 oz. butter, at room temperature
A pinch of salt
2 eggs

Instructions:
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 500-F
Step 2
Combine the cassava flour, cheese, baking powder and salt in the food processor, mix well.
Step 3
Add the butter and eggs and mix until small balls of dough start to form.
Step 4
Take the dough out of the processor and form a ball. (The dough can be stored for up to one day in the fridge).
Step 5
Shape the breads into small balls and place them in a greased tin.
Step 6
Bake for about 7 mins. Or until the breads are golden brown. Serve the yuca breads right away.
