Whisk the yolks until they are almost white, add the flour little by little and the baking powder, alternating with the orange juice.

Work the dough very well until it is smooth and dry. Then divide it into portions and use it very thinly, cut discs of the desired size, prick them with a fork, put in a buttered tin and bake in a moderate oven for 5 to 7 minutes (they should not brown).
