Recipe of Cupcakes
The cupcake is a small individual cake that has become a favorite for parties, snacks, and celebrations. Its origins date back to the late 19th century in the United States, and its name comes from the cup used to measure ingredients or the mold in which it is baked. These fluffy and soft cakes are characterized by their perfect single-serving size, generous topping, and versatility: they can be customized with different flavors in the batter, such as cocoa, fruits, or spices, and decorated with frostings, creams, colorful sprinkles, and more.
This cupcake recipe is ideal for beginners because it is simple and quick to prepare. With basic ingredients like flour, eggs, milk, and oil, you will get a moist and tender batter that bakes in muffin tins. The cream cheese or chocolate topping adds a special touch, and you can use food coloring to create fun designs. They are perfect for sharing at birthdays, baby showers, or just to treat yourself at home.
Furthermore, this base recipe allows for endless variations: add lemon zest, almond extract, or fill them with dulce de leche. Go ahead and make them to surprise everyone with your creativity!
