Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 ml of milk
  • 120 ml of oil
  • 315 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Cream coating:
  • 1/2 pack of melted Philadelphia cheese
  • 2 cups of flower sugar
  • Food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Cocoa Coating:
  • 50 g melted chocolate
  • 2 tbsp chocolate bitters powder

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180º, heat up and down.
  • Step 2
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar, until integrated and you get a frothy mixture. Add the oil, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk again.
  • Step 3
  • Add, with wrapping movements, the flour and baking powder until incorporated and set aside. Divide the mixture into 12 muffin tins. Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick pricked it comes out clean and dry.
  • Step 4
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
  • Step 5
  • For the topping, mix the ingredients and cover the cupcakes with the help of a pastry bag.
