  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan.
