  • 3 cups water
  • A piece of lemon peel
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Rinse the rice, to do this, wash it with water, stirring to remove excess starch.
  • Step 2
  • In a pot, add the 3 milks, and let it heat up on low heat, it should not boil.
  • Step 3
  • In another pot, add the water, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and the lemon peel. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, covered so that the flavors concentrate.

  • Add the rice and let it cook over medium heat, low for 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Pour the milk mixture, heat it over the rice, raise the heat to medium and stir for 30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon and lemon peel.
