Instructions:

Step 1
• Whisk the butter with the icing sugar

• Then add the whole egg, yolk, vanilla and lemon zest

• Everything is mixed very well until a smooth dough is made

• Then the dough is put in the freezer for a little while, wrapped in film, so that it gains consistency

• Heat the oven to 180°
Step 6
• Take out the dough and cut it into slices and place it on baking paper and put it for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 7
• When they are golden brown to our liking, we take them out of the oven.
Step 8
• Let them cool and add the icing sugar, on top
