Recipe of Homemade spun egg.

Ingredients

• 6 egg yolks
• 1 glass of water
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 bowl of ice water
• 1 plastic syringe

   First of all, we carefully separate the yolks from the whites of the six eggs.

   Then we pass the yolks through a sieve to remove any impurities and traces of white that may remain, and reserve them in a bowl while we prepare the next step, the syrup.

   To make the syrup, we put the glass of sugar and the glass of water in a medium pot, it must be the same amount of water as sugar for it to be perfect for us.
