Step 4
*IMPORTANT: We put baking paper on it so that they don't stick to the grill. If you are going to put a lot of croissants like us, or a few but big ones, baking paper is viable. If you are going to make them very small and very small in quantity, it is DANGEROUS because the light weight can blow the baking paper and stick to the resistance.
