  • 120 g oatmeal
  • 25 g 100% cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 45 g erythritol
  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 20 ml milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Ingredients for the topping and filling:
  • 150 g 85% chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Coconut protein cream
  • Shredded coconut for decoration.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180º C.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, add the egg, the erythritol and whisk.
  • Step 3
  • Add the yogurt, milk and coconut oil, and whisk again.
  • Step 4
  • And finally, we add the flour, the cocoa and the yeast, we integrate everything well.
  • Step 5
  • Pour the mixture into the greased mold and give it a few strokes so that it is distributed.
  • Step 6
  • Bake for about 10 minutes.

  • Let it cool down and melt the chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil, in the microwave.

  • On top of parchment paper we put one or two tablespoons of the melted chocolate and on top of the donut, we do the same with the others.

  • We put them in the fridge so that they can be sealed from the bottom and as soon as the chocolate is cold, we can put the coconut cream in the holes.

  • Now we dip the donuts on top and put them back in the fridge.
