Ingredients

  • 15 ml oil

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a well you should mix the tablespoons of chia and water for 1 to 2 minutes and then wait for it to thicken.
  • Step 2
  • When it is thick, place this mixture in a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix.

  • When everything is mixed, place the dough in a pastry bag.
  • Step 4
  • With a new towel or napkin soaked in oil, worry about oiling a mold and with the pastry bag, putting our dough in those molds.
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 250°C.
  • Step 6
  • Once the 20 minutes have passed, take them out of the mold, with this we can make them more compact.

  • Place plenty of oil in a pan to fry our donuts. When they are all fried and golden brown, melt some chocolate in a double boiler.
